I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have over seven years working in the industry - starting as a fitness model I have studied anatomy, physiology, nutrition. This experience has been applied in my work. I conduct personal training, an optimal training program and diet.
Accounting training programs I focus on the individual characteristics of each, choose equipment and exercises based on the body proportions, the objectives of the training. My training is not just lifting weights is the goal, the victory over themselves, a good attitude and positive mood. With my clients we discuss their habits, food, mode of the day - find everything, which may hinder the achievement of results. Eliminate all possible obstacles and achieve desired goals. |
